Payment Details

We can accept payment in £GBP or €Euros in any of the following methods :-

• Automated Bank Payments (BACS etc.)

The above methods of payment attract a Settlement Discount of 2.5% for Prompt Monthly Settlement within 30 days but unfortunately this cannot be allowed if you are paying by Credit Card as listed below, however the Settlement Discount can be allowed, if qualifying, when using a Debit Card.

Order Distribution

Orders are mainly distributed using national fleet carriers using the latest in internet tracking technology with over 90% of orders being delivered the next working day after despatch. Guaranteed Next Day delivery can be arranged for a small extra cost. This allows Perry's to easily deliver to customers anywhere within the British Isles and Ireland.

On the U.K. mainland carriage is paid on all consignments of £200 NETT and over (excluding any surcharges), consignments under this value are subject to a £7.50 carriage charge. All carriage charges to Northern Ireland, Aberdeen, Dumfries, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands are paid on consignments over £400 NETT (ex. VAT). Consignments of under £400 NETT (ex. VAT) will be charged at cost using the most economical form of delivery available, always agreed with the customer prior to despatch.

Wherever possible please order in full carton quantities to assist with the speed of despatch and to help us reduce the risk of any damage occuring to the goods during transit.

For local customers, a small trade goods collection counter is now in operation at our works where only goods which have been ordered prior to arrival may be collected by your own transport for your further convenience.

For European customers we use a number of different companies to deliver consignments to destinations across Europe, from individual parcels to full pallet loads. Please contact our Sales Office to discuss, and arrange, deliveries to meet your requirements, based on the size, weight and value of your order.
